As part of Concluding Celebrations of 125th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Historical Chicago Addresses, Students’ Convention, Youth Convention & Teachers’ Convention were held from Friday 6th December 2019 to Sunday 8th December 2019 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm respectively at Ramakrishna Mission, Sitanagaram, Guntur District.

Monks of Ramakrishna Order and eminent speakers addressed the participants. Motivational videos and Cultural programmes performed by the students of Ramakrishna Mission High School, Sitanagaram were highly appreciated.

Students’ Convention: Swami Sevyanandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission, Sitanagaram, Swami Harikripanandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission, Visakhapatnam, Sri Gangadhar, Teacher, Kadiri, Anantapur district and Sri Pradyumna P.S., IAS, Spl. Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh addressed the students. 360 students from ten schools took part in this function and made it a grand success. ‘Vijayaniki Margam’ book was distributed to all the participants.

Youth Convention: Swami Sevyanandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission, Sitanagaram, Sri Gangadhar, Teacher, Kadiri, Anantapur district, Sri Sharad Vivek Sagar, CEO, Dexterity Global, Patna and Sri Jayaram, Motivational speaker addressed the students. 403 students from fifteen institutions took part in this function and made it a grand success. ‘Bharateeya Nivedita’ book was distributed to all the participants.

Teachers’ Convention: Swami Sevyanandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission, Sitanagaram, Sri Sharad Vivek Sagar, CEO, Dexterity Global, Patna, Sri Veerabhadra Rao, Teacher, Vetlapalem, East Godavari District, Smt. C. Nagarani, IAS, Director, Youth Services, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Sri D. Devananda Reddy, Joint Director (Services), Department of School Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh addressed the teachers. 280 teachers from 45 schools took part in this function and made it a grand success. ‘Sodari Nivedita’, ‘Aadarsha Upadyayudu’ and ‘Gems from Teachers of World’s Religions’ books were distributed to all the participants.

Lunch prasad was provided to all the participants in all the above three days.
